Ferruginous / Hematite Quartz cluster, MoroccoFerruginous quartz is a variety colored by inclusions of hematite or limonite. This is a nice size reddish orange cluster with very clean points and a matte luster. The large crystal on the left looks to be twinned and a double termination. Most likely from Tinejdad, Errachidia Province, Dra Tafilalet Region, Morocco. Measures 5. 5 x 2. 2 x 3 4 thick. (13 cm x 5. 5 cm x 2cm). Plastic stand will be included with purchase.
