My only complaint is that in order to get enough EPA for it to be effective for that I have to take a minimum of two a day but when I do that it makes me a little dizzy and upsets my stomach. I’m not sure if that’s because I’m on high blood pressure meds and because I don’t have a gallbladder, so I just take one a day of it for general health. I may try another brand just to see if my body has the same response.
